1 cups boiled chana
1 tsp methi dana (soaked in water for 2 hours )
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
1 tsp fresh turmeric (finely chopped)
1/4 cups paneer cut into small cubes
1 nos onion chopped
1 tsp green chillies chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 nos tomato chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1/8 tsp salt to taste
Directions
Soak chana overnight for 6 hours.
Boil chana in morning by adding little salt to it in water while boiling.
Now let it cool.
Add chana in bowl and add in all the ingredients to it.
