Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos hard boiled egg


  • 2 nos sliced onions


  • 5 nos green chilly


  • 2 nos tomatoes


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp ginger masala


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 10 nos coriander leaves


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 3 tsp teaspoon salt


  • 5 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Heat 3 teaspoon of coconut oil and add mustard seeds
  • Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves into it
  • Stir a bit
  • Add big onions
  • Saute till the onions turn brown
  • Add green chillies and stir
  • Add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Then stir well
  • Add some water and stir again
  • Add salt and sliced tomatoes
  • Cook for 3 minutes
  • When it boils add boilled egg and cook for another 3 minutes
  • Now add some water and mix well
  • Garnish egg roast with coriander leaves and serve hot
