Heat 3 teaspoon of coconut oil and add mustard seeds
Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves into it
Stir a bit
Add big onions
Saute till the onions turn brown
Add green chillies and stir
Add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Then stir well
Add some water and stir again
Add salt and sliced tomatoes
Cook for 3 minutes
When it boils add boilled egg and cook for another 3 minutes
Now add some water and mix well
Garnish egg roast with coriander leaves and serve hot
