grind dal along with cumin seeds n green chilli ādd şālţ ŋ dęęp ƒŗy like pakoras oŋ low ƒlāmę wen fried put them in water for 10 mins n remove n squeeze them slightly .
take a big flat bowl put all the wadas line wise beat curd with a spoon add 1 tsb salt and spread over the wadas nw sprinkle all the dry masalas ono by one and then spread sweet tamarind pulp all over n garnish with coriander .
