  • Ragi 1 cups

  • Urad dal 1/2 cups

  • Poha 1/4 cups

  • Idli rice 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Wash the ingredients and soak for 2 hours

  • 02

    Grind it

  • 03

    Ferment for 8 hours

  • 04

    Add salt and mix well

  • 05

    Pour the batter into idli mould and steam it for 10 min
