1/2 cups urad dal
1/4 cups poha
1 cups idli rice
1 tsp salt
Directions
Wash the ingredients and soak for 2 hours
Grind it
Ferment for 8 hours
Add salt and mix well
Pour the batter into idli mould and steam it for 10 min
