Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups ragi


  • 1/2 cups urad dal


  • 1/4 cups poha


  • 1 cups idli rice


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Wash the ingredients and soak for 2 hours
  • Grind it
  • Ferment for 8 hours
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Pour the batter into idli mould and steam it for 10 min
