  • Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Cinnamon powder for sprinkling 1-2 pinch

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Grated Jaggery 1/2 bowls

  • Large Apple 1 nos

  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

    Take the dry ingrdients in a seive.

    seive dry ingredients in plate and keep aside

    Rins peed Core and chop one large apple in a small cubes or pieces

    Sparkle a few drops of lemon juice so that the apples do not get discoloured

    In a mixing bowl take half cup warm water

    Add half cup powdered jaggery storewell so that all jaggery is dissolved

    Then I'd have teaspoon of vanilla essence 3 tablespoon of oil store and mix very well

    Add sifted dryingredients

    With a wired weeks and with the little hand movements store and makes the wet and dry ingredients together tiny lumps are fine do not over to the mixing depending on the quality of wheat flour you can add 1/4 half cup water to get flooring consistancy in a batter

    Then add the chopped apples

    Again with the Light Hand movements in 1 or 2 round strokes make the apples with the rest of better

    Now spoon the Apple muffins better in the Muffin liner still three fourth of their capacity

    Sprinkle some cinnamon powder from top on the all muffins

    Keep the muffins to bake in oven at 1 Degree Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes

    Till the tops are browned and a toothpick inserted in the muffins comes out clean

    after 3_4 minutes remove the muffins and place them on a wire rack To cool
