Ingredients

  • 3 nos banana raw ethan


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3 cups oil

Directions

  • Peel the cover of the bananas and put them in a vessel of water. Add the turmeric & let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
  • dissolve some salt in 1/4 cup water. Heat oil in a cheenachatti.
  • Now slice the banana directly over the hot oil with a banana slicer and fry.Once it's almost done add a tsp of salt water to this & turn the chips and fry till the splutter stops.Remove the fried chips from oil and drain on tissues.
  • Once all the bananas are fried,store in airtight containers.
