Boil the milk in a pan and let it cool for 5 mins.
Add some lemon juice to the milk till the milk curdles and whey separates.
Sieve the chhena in a cloth and wash with water well to remove the smell of lemon.
Put the chhena in a plate,add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and then knead it well for 10 mins till smooth.
After the mix is smooth, put it in a non stick pan and saute it for 4-5 minutes to remove the raw smell of chhena.
Take it out again in plate and let it cool a little. Knead it lightly and make into small balls and flatten them a little.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve them cold.
