Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a nonstick pan add mashed banana and mix well. Add 1/4 cup sugar and mix well. Cook everything till it gets really thick and leaves the sides. At the same time, take 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a sauce pan and mix well. Bring it to a boil. Cook everything till the sugar reaches caramel stage. Pour this over the banana and mix well. Continue cooking, add ghee as needed. Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashews and kismish. Add this into the halwa and mix well. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Transfer it into a greased pan and cool it down. Slice in a small piece and serve.
