Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Thigh 2 nos
Chicken Seasoning 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Cheese 1/2 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper 1 tsp
Bread Slices 4 nos
Directions
Take alt, pepper, chicken seasoning, lemon juice, oil and mix well. Add chicken in and mix well. Leave to marinate to 1 hour. Heat grill pan place chicken on grill pan cook for 8 to 10 mins on each side. Take it off the heat and chop it into small pieces.
Take all ingredients except bread in a bowl, add chicken and mix well.
Spoon this over bread and cover with another slice. Grill the sandwich till it is cooked on both sides
Remove it and serve.
