Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour / aata


  • 1/2 tsp spinach


  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano


  • 1/2 tsp lack pepper


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Washed spinach leaves and boiled it slightly,now drain it with cold water and transfer it in mixing jar, and make a not to thick or not running paste of it.
  • Take Whole wheat flour in mixing bowl add all ingridients mix well add oil and make a smooth dough of it.prick with fork.Now with help of rolling pin make thin chappati of it and make triangular cut over it.
  • heat oil in pan and now fry it till turns golden brown and crisp
