Ingredients

  • green chillies 10-15 nos

  • mustard oil 1 tbsp

  • jeera 1 tsp

  • mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • ajwain 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • amchur or vinegar 1 tsp

  • grinded saunf 1 tsp

  • dhaniya powder 1.5 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1.5 tsp

  • hing 1.5 tsp

Directions

    Take green chillies wash and wipe it

  • 02

    Cut into small pieces

  • 03

    Take kadai put oil jeera, mustard seeds, ajwain and hing

  • 04

    Add cut chillies and all spices except saunf and amchur

  • 05

    Let it cook for 5-10 minutes add saunf and amchur pickle ready
