Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 10-15 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp amchur or vinegar


  • 1 tsp grinded saunf


  • 1.5 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1.5 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1.5 tsp hing

Directions

  • Take green chillies wash and wipe it
  • Cut into small pieces
  • Take kadai put oil jeera, mustard seeds, ajwain and hing
  • Add cut chillies and all spices except saunf and amchur
  • Let it cook for 5-10 minutes add saunf and amchur pickle ready
