Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp boiled and grinded bathuya


  • 1/2 cups khoya


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 5 drop kewra essence


  • 1/4 cups chopped dry fruits

Directions

  • Cook boiled bathuya till all its water dries.
  • When water dries add khoya and roast till it become thick.
  • Now add sugar and kewra essence.
  • Cook till it become thick.
  • Now set it in muffin mould or greased plate.
  • Cool and de mould.
