Ingredients

Serves 1

  • boiled and grinded bathuya 1 tbsp

  • khoya 1/2 cups

  • sugar 1/4 cups

  • kewra essence 5 drop

  • chopped dry fruits 1/4 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Cook boiled bathuya till all its water dries.

  • 02

    When water dries add khoya and roast till it become thick.

  • 03

    Now add sugar and kewra essence.

  • 04

    Cook till it become thick.

  • 05

    Now set it in muffin mould or greased plate.

  • 06

    Cool and de mould.
