Masala Papad

Description

Masala Papad is a popular snack across India prepared using roasted or fried papad topped with finely chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves and seasoned with chat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice.  It goes well with any spicy dip or tastes good as it is. It is served as an appetizer in most of the restaurants in India. My All-time favorite snack. I usually prepare it at home using a variety of papads and toppings.
