250 gms jalapeño peppers or moti hari mirch (thinkly sliced )
1 cups vinegar
1.5 cups water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4-5 nos garlic cloves (crushed)
5-6 nos clove (crushed)
Directions
Take water and vinegar in a pot Add salt, sugar, clove and garlic cloves Boil it for 5 minutesAdd sliced jalapeño pepper Stir and cover till cool itShift to a jar and store in refrigerator
