  • Leftover dal 1cup Wheat flour 1/2 cup Rice flour 1/4 cup Makki ka atta 1/4 Chopped methi leaf 1/2cup Chopped onion 1 Ajwain 1tsp Salt 2rsp Desi ghee/oil 1tsp for 1 missi roti

    Mix all in a big bowl Make a soft and smooth  dough Heat tawa in high flame Take small dough make a bol Coat in dry flour Roll a missi roti and put on tawa Cook for 20 seconds and turn Cook for a minutes Apply desi ghee/oil and turn shake with tong Apply desi ghee / oil on another side and shake with tong Missi Roti is readdy Serve Hot
