  • 1/4 cups leftover brown rice


  • 2 nos egg white


  • 1/2 nos chopped onion


  • 3/4 nos chopped tomato


  • 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly


  • 1/2 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1/4 tsp oil


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Beat egg whites with onion,  tomato, green chilly, coriander, salt  Heat oil in a pan Add leftover brown riceSauté for a minute Add beat egg white mixture Stir  continueslly for 1 or 1.3 minutes Rice-egg Birani is readyHealthy for Gym friendly
