  • Leftover brown rice 1/4 cups

  • Egg White 2 nos

  • chopped onion 1/2 nos

  • chopped tomato 3/4 nos

  • Chopped green Chilly 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1/4 tsp

  • Salt To Taste 1 pinch

    Beat egg whites with onion,  tomato, green chilly, coriander, salt  Heat oil in a pan Add leftover brown riceSauté for a minute Add beat egg white mixture Stir  continueslly for 1 or 1.3 minutes Rice-egg Birani is readyHealthy for Gym friendly
