  • 300 gms grated mawa

  • 100 gms powder sugar

  • 1/2 tsp puree ghee

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp muskmelon seeds or almonds


  • Take a non stick pan and heat puree ghee, now add grated mawa and roast it well until it leaves oil.
  • Now add sugar and mix it well, then add cocoa powder and transfer it to a greased plate.
  • Sprinkle almonds or Muskmelon seeds and rest it for an hour.
  • Once cooled, cut in desired shape and serve.
