Stir Fry Veggies

A ten minute veggie recipe that requires very little effort and is healthy and tasty at the same time.

  • 2 cups finely chopped mushrooms

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

  • 1 cups chopped babycorns

  • 2 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp salt


  • Take a pan, add about one tablespoon of oil.
  • To the pan add garlic and fry for ten seconds.
  • After it gives out an aroma, add the mushrooms and saute for three minutes.
  • Then add the baby corn and broccoli and saute on medium flame for two mins.
  • Now add the soy sauce, pepper and salt and saute well. Your Stir fry veggies is ready to be served.
