Ingredients

Serves 4

  • bow tie pasta 2 cups

  • thinly sliced cucumber 1/2 cups

  • tomato chopped 1 nos

  • onion sliced 1 nos

  • black olives 1/4 cups

  • corn kernels 1/2 cups

  • olive oil 4-5 tbsp

  • honey 2 tbsp

  • salt or to taste 1 tsp

  • red chilli flakes 1 tsp

  • oregano 1 tsp

  • vinegar 1 tsp

  • black pepper powder (optional) 1/2 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • garlic 1 tsp

  • feta cheese 1/2 cups

Directions

    In a bowl combine olive oil, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, red chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder. Mix well. Keep aside.(I don't like red chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper in my pasta salad but original recipe do add it.)

    Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Drain the water completely. You can choose your favourite pasta.

    In a large bowl add boiled pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, olives, corn kernels, feta cheese and the mixture that we made in 1st step. Toss well. (Add more veggies of your choice and make it more delicious.)

    Serve immediately or chilled. Enjoy. 😊
