Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups bow tie pasta


  • 1/2 cups thinly sliced cucumber


  • 1 nos tomato chopped


  • 1 nos onion sliced


  • 1/4 cups black olives


  • 1/2 cups corn kernels


  • 4-5 tbsp olive oil


  • 2 tbsp honey


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (optional)


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp garlic


  • 1/2 cups feta cheese

Directions

  • In a bowl combine olive oil, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, red chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder. Mix well. Keep aside.(I don't like red chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper in my pasta salad but original recipe do add it.)
  • Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Drain the water completely. You can choose your favourite pasta.
  • In a large bowl add boiled pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, olives, corn kernels, feta cheese and the mixture that we made in 1st step. Toss well. (Add more veggies of your choice and make it more delicious.)
  • Serve immediately or chilled. Enjoy. 😊
