Ingredients

Pomegranates 2 nos
Oil 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
Red chillies 2 tsp
Black Pepper corns 8 nos
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves 6 nos
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Directions
Deseed the pomegranate and crush them to get Fine juice of it and keep it aside
In a pan add oil, jeera, ginger and sauté them
Add crushed black pepper and sauté once
Now pour the juice, add red chilli and salt, allow the mixture to boil well
Off the stove. Add chopped mint leaves in a serving bowl, strain and pour the boiled pomegranate mixture into the bowl, add lemon juice and mix it once and serve hot.
