Ingredients

  • macaroni 250 gms

  • butter 40 gms

  • plain flour 40 gms

  • milk 600 ml

  • origano 1 tsp

  • chilli flacks 1 tsp

  • Cheddar/parmesan chees grated 250 gms

  • salt to taste 1 tsp

Directions

    Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 8–10 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

    Melt the butter over a medium heat in a saucepan slightly larger than that used for the macaroni.

    Add the flour and stir to form a roux, cooking for a few minutes

  • 04

    Gradually whisk in the milk, a little at a time. Cook for 10–15 minutes to a thickened and smooth sauce. add grated chees origano chilli flacks nd salt

  • 05

    Now add boiled macroni mix well heat fir 5 min. Nd serve hot
