Ingredients

Serves 4

  • curds 2 cups

  • salty boondi 3/4 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • chat masala 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • water 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Firstly soak boondi in one cup water for 5 mins

  • 02

    Now Whisk curd and water nicely till the curd is smooth and there are no lumps of curd.

  • 03

    Now add boondi and all the spices mix well and keep in fridge .

  • 04

    Serve chilled.
