Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups curds


  • 3/4 cups salty boondi


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp water

Directions

  • Firstly soak boondi in one cup water for 5 mins
  • Now Whisk curd and water nicely till the curd is smooth and there are no lumps of curd.
  • Now add boondi and all the spices mix well and keep in fridge .
  • Serve chilled.
