Ingredients

Serves 4

  • boiled n mashed potatoes 500 gms

  • muter coarsely grounded 1 cups

  • ginger garlic n green chilli paste 2 tbsp

  • carrots grated 2 nos

  • bread crumbs(abt 8_10 slices of bread) 2 cups

  • Coriander leaves 1 sprig

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • amchur powder 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Mix all the above ings.. n make a dough..

  • 02

    Now make small balls flaten it with ur palm n den with the help of a knife

  • 03

    remove the centre part yo gt the doughnuts shape.

    Deep fry on high flame..

  • 05

    Enjoy hot with green chutney or tomato sauce
