500 gms boiled n mashed potatoes
1 cups muter coarsely grounded
2 tbsp ginger garlic n green chilli paste
2 nos carrots grated
2 cups bread crumbs(abt 8_10 slices of bread)
1 sprig coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp amchur powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 pinch salt as per taste
Directions
Mix all the above ings.. n make a dough..
Now make small balls flaten it with ur palm n den with the help of a knife
remove the centre part yo gt the doughnuts shape.
Deep fry on high flame..
Enjoy hot with green chutney or tomato sauce
