Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Minced chicken 250 gms

  • Fried Gram 1/4 cups

  • chopped onion 1/4 cups

  • green chillies 3 nos

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

  • Coriander Leaves Stalks 2 nos

  • cardamom 1 nos

  • Cloves 3 nos

  • Cinnamon Fennel Powder 1 tbsp

  • grated coconut 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil or more for deep frying 1 cups

Directions

    Take minced chicken and grind it in mixie

  • 02

    Powder the fried gram and add it to the minced chicken

  • 03

    Grind the rest of the ingredients except salt and oil in a mixer jar.

    Add them to the chicken bowl, add required salt.

    Mix everything together to form a dough

  • 06

    Take small balls out of it and flat them with your hands like a vada

  • 07

    Deep fry them in medium hot oil

  • 08

    Hot chicken Vadas are ready to serve
