Idly Rice 2 cups
Urad Dal 1/2 cups
Moong Dal 1/2 cups
tomato 5 nos
Chilly 3 nos
Salt 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp
Directions
Soak idli rice,urid dal,moong dal and fenugreek seeds in water for an hour
Grind everything smoothly by adding tomatoes and chilly
Add salt too
Keep aside for 3 hours after grinding
Start making dosas after 3 hrs of grinding
