  • Peas 2 cups

  • Poha 2 cups

  • chopped green chillies 5 nos

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

  • Tumeric Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 2 nos

  • Cashwes 1 tbsp

  • Raisins 1 tbsp

  • Chopped corriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • Pure Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Salt ( according to your taste) 2 tsp

    Soak raisins in lemon juice. Wash the poha with water and keep it in a plate and add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt and mix it well, then keep it aside for sometime meanwhile take a wok and add heat refined add cumin powder, chopped chillies, peas and salt and cover it and let it cook.

    Take another wok add pure ghee then add cashwes and fry it and take it out. Now crackle cumin seeds and add green chillies,soaked poha, cooked peas and mix it well and add pure ghee and cover it for 5 minutes. Now add soaked raisins, cashewnut, chopped corriander and garnish it with green chilly cashewnut and chopped corriander and serve hot.
