Description

Apple orange kiwi smoothie is full of antioxidants, rich in fibre and vitamin C. It keeps us cool and energised the whole day. Kids are always fussy while eating fruits especially kiwis, so I have prepared a yummy version of kiwi in the form of a smoothie.

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos large apple, cored and chopped (keep the skin for extra fiber)


  • 3 nos kiwis, peeled and cubed


  • 2 tbsp oats soaked in sweet water or apple juice


  • 2 tsp orange juice


  • 2 tsp fresh curd


  • 1/2 tsp lime juice


  • 1/2 tsp mint juice


  • 1/4 tsp ginger grated( optional)


  • 4 tsp honey or as per taste


  • 2 pinch black salt


  • 1 cups ice cubes

Directions

  • In a blender, add the ingredients in the given order and blend until smooth.
  • Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the prepared smoothie.
  • Add crushed ice as per the choice.
  • Garnish with kiwi slice and serve chilled.
