Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups cooked rice


  • 1 cups boiled and chilled milk


  • 3/4 cups curd


  • 1 piece butter


  • 3 tbsp pomegranate pearls


  • 7-8 nos grapes


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves

Directions

  • Allow the rice to completely cool and smash finely
  • Add milk,curd and salt,mix well
  • Add butter,mix
  • Now add grapes,pomegranate and chopped coriander leaves
  • curd rice with fruits is ready
