  • Avocado(standard size) 1 nos

  • Banana Robust 1 nos

  • Yogurt 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1 -1 1/2 cups

  • Honey (adjust according to your taste bud) 2 tbsp

  • Ice Cubes 4-6 nos

Directions

    Honey - 2 tablespoon (adjust according to your taste bud)

    Take the flesh of avocado, peeled banana and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • 03

    Now slowly add the milk and honey into the blender and blend once again.

  • 04

    Pour it in glass, add ice cubes and serve immediately.
