Ingredients

  • 1 cups warm milk


  • 4 cups yogurt/curd


  • 1/2 cups safferon/kesar


  • 1/2 cups pista


  • 5 cups chilled milk


  • 1 tbsp sugar(optional)

Directions

  • Pour some kesar in warm milk and keep it aside
  • Take pista and crush it
  • Add milk...curd and pista powder and blend it in a blender
  • Then add kesar to it and mix well with spoon
  • Your chilled smoothie lassi is ready
