Ingredients

  • warm milk 1 cups

  • yogurt/curd 4 cups

  • safferon/kesar 1/2 cups

  • pista 1/2 cups

  • chilled milk 5 cups

  • sugar(optional) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Pour some kesar in warm milk and keep it aside

  • 02

    Take pista and crush it

  • 03

    Add milk...curd and pista powder and blend it in a blender

  • 04

    Then add kesar to it and mix well with spoon

  • 05

    Your chilled smoothie lassi is ready
