low fat milk 1 cups
vanilla yogurt 1 cups.
sugarfree or stevia leaves 2 tsp
vanilla protein powder 2 tsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
ice cubes 1 cups
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender for 5 minutes till you get smooth mix.
Pour in a glass and serve chilled with ice.
