  • low fat milk 1 cups


  • vanilla yogurt 1 cups.


  • sugarfree or stevia leaves 2 tsp


  • vanilla protein powder 2 tsp


  • vanilla extract 1 tsp


  • ice cubes 1 cups

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in blender for 5 minutes till you get smooth mix.
  • Pour in a glass and serve chilled with ice.
