Ingredients

  • 2 nos mango/ kairi


  • 1-2 nos sugar gathi crystals


  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp charoli/chironji


  • 1 tsp grated coconut

Directions

  • Pressure cook mango and remove all the pulp in a blender or churn with a churner
  • Add sugar and gathi and let it dissolve completely
  • Add some salt, chironji and sprikle grated coconut
  • Serve chilled with kuradi/papad
  • You can substitute sugar with sugar gathi crystals as it keeps the body cool in summer. It is a refreshing summer drink
