Ingredients

  • mango/ kairi 2 nos

  • sugar gathi crystals 1-2 nos

  • sugar 1 1/2 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • charoli/chironji 2 tsp

  • grated coconut 1 tsp

Directions

    Pressure cook mango and remove all the pulp in a blender or churn with a churner

  • 02

    Add sugar and gathi and let it dissolve completely

  • 03

    Add some salt, chironji and sprikle grated coconut

  • 04

    Serve chilled with kuradi/papad

  • 05

    You can substitute sugar with sugar gathi crystals as it keeps the body cool in summer. It is a refreshing summer drink
