Cooked Rice 1/2 cups
Mint Leaves 10-12 nos
Dahi 1/2 cups
Salt 200 tsp
Black Salt 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Directions
Add water in cooked rice
Rest it overnight
Then the other day mix all ingredients with cooked rice & water blend well & serve
