Ingredients

Serves 2

  • large mangoes, peeled 2 nos

  • Cream 2 tbsp

  • Yoghurt 3 tbsp

  • Chilled Milk 1/4 cups

  • Rose Water 1 tsp

  • sugar (or as per taste) 3 tbsp

  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp

  • mint leaves for garnishing 2-3 nos

  • ice cubes 4-5 nos

Directions

    Peel the mangoes and chop the flesh of the fruit.

    Blend mango, cream, yogurt, rosewater, milk and sugar together.

  • 03

    Add the cardamom powder and if the lassi seems too thick, add some more chilled milk to achieve the desired consistency. Throw in some ice-cubes and blend again.

    Pour into a glass or a 'kulhar' and garnish with mint leaves and chopped almonds.

    Enjoy chilled!
