Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Roasted Vermicelli 1 cups.


  • Milk 2 cups


  • Cardamom 1 tsp


  • Nutmeg Powder 1 pinch


  • Chopped Nuts 1/2 cups


  • Saffron/Kesar Strand 2-3 nos

Directions

  • Bring milk to a boil and add sugar with chopped nuts
  • Add vermicelli and let it cook till vermicelli turns soft
  • Add kesar and pour the kheer in a jar
  • Keep it in fridge for an hour and dercorate with fresh fruits
  • Serve chilled in summers.
