Peel mangoes and cut pieces out of itBlend it into a smooth pasteUse this mixture to fill 1/3 of the mouldsIn the remaining mixture add equal quantities of yoghurt, sugar to taste and blend well... the consistency of this should be thinner than that of the mango pulp.. adjust using water if requiredAdd this mixture into the moulds on top of the mango layer without disturbing it... the mould will be 2/3 filled now.. put it in the freezer
