Ingredients

  • 4 nos mangoes,medium sized


  • 1 cups yoghurt


  • 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

  • Peel mangoes and cut pieces out of itBlend it into a smooth pasteUse this mixture to fill 1/3 of the mouldsIn the remaining mixture add equal quantities of yoghurt, sugar to taste and blend well... the consistency of this should be thinner than that of the mango pulp.. adjust using water if requiredAdd this mixture into the moulds on top of the mango layer without disturbing it... the mould will be 2/3 filled now.. put it in the freezer
  • Blend plain yoghurt with sugar to taste.. add water if required to adjust the consistency... it should be thinner than the mango yoghurt mixture..Use this mixture to fill the remaining part of the moulds and put in the freezer..Freeze overnightAdd sugar in the mango pulp if mangoes are not sweet...
