Ingredients

  • 2 cups ragi


  • 1 cups pearl millet


  • 2 cups kodo millet


  • 1/2 cups urad dal


  • 1/4 cups poha


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Wash and soke the ingredients for 2 hours
  • Grind it and fermented for 8 hours
  • Add salt and required water and mix well
  • Heat dosa tawa
  • Pour the batter in circle shape cook for 1 min
  • Sprinkle oil
  • Flip it and cook for 1 min
