Carrot,medium 4 nos
Beetroot,medium 1 nos
Gooseberry 2 nos
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
Rock Salt 1/2 tsp
First dry roast cumin seeds and quickly powder them . keep aside . Now Peel and slice carrots and beetroot as per size for juicer.
Cut gooseberry into pieces and remove seeds.
Put all the vegetables one by one in juicer and collect the juice.No need of straining as it will come out filtered from juicer.
Add rock salt and roasted cumin powder.Mix well.
Serve and enjoy.Drink within 10 minutes or else it’s taste changes.
