Ingredients

Serves 5

  • washed and chopped fenugreek leaves 3/4 cups

  • Bengal Gram 1 cups

  • Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cups

  • Finely Chopped Green chilly 1 nos

  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

  • kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking soda 1 pinch

  • Oil for deep frying 1/2 litre

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Water 1 cups

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients and 1 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well using your hands.

    Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and drop small spoonful of the mixture into the hot oil.

    Drop few at a time, and cook on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.

    Serve immediately with green chutney or any dip of your choice.
