Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 3/4 cups washed and chopped fenugreek leaves


  • 1 cups bengal gram


  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1 nos finely chopped green chilly


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1/2 litre oil for deep frying


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients and 1 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well using your hands.
  • Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and drop small spoonful of the mixture into the hot oil.
  • Drop few at a time, and cook on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Serve immediately with green chutney or any dip of your choice.
