Grind coconut,green chilli,cumin seeds,turmeric powder till smooth by adding some water.
Pour buttermilk in a kadai and heat the kadai in low flame. Add in the ground paste and mix well.
Add salt mix well and simmer for 5 mins.Don’t allow it to boil.
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, feenugreek seeds, curry leaves and red chilly.
Pour this over the gravy and mix well and serve.
