Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups buttermilk / mor


  • 1/2 cups coconut


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 nos green chili


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 nos red chilly


  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

Directions

  • Grind coconut,green chilli,cumin seeds,turmeric powder till smooth by adding some water.
  • Pour buttermilk in a kadai and heat the kadai in low flame. Add in the ground paste and mix well.
  • Add salt mix well and simmer for 5 mins.Don’t allow it to boil.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, feenugreek seeds, curry leaves and red chilly.
  • Pour this over the gravy and mix well and serve.
