Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Cooked Quinoa 1/4 cups
Small Onion,thinly sliced 1 nos
Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Green Chilies ,finely chopped 2 nos
Grated Ginger 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Salt or to taste 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Take a large mouth bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.
Add water little by little and make a thick batter
Heat oil in a kadhai. Now drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and deep fry them until golden brown and crisp.
Drain the fritters on an absorbent paper
Serve quinoa and onion fritters with tomato ketchup or chutney.
