Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups besan


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1/4 cups cooked quinoa


  • 1 nos small onion,thinly sliced


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 nos green chilies ,finely chopped


  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

Directions

  • Take a large mouth bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.
  • Add water little by little and make a thick batter
  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Now drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and deep fry them until golden brown and crisp.
  • Drain the fritters on an absorbent paper
  • Serve quinoa and onion fritters with tomato ketchup or chutney.
