Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups sorghum flour


  • 3/4 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cups thick curd


  • 6 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups jaggery syrup


  • 1 cups tuttti frutti,badam,cashew,dry grapes


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 3 tbsp milk


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Sift dry ingredients sorghum flour ,baking soda,salt and baking powder for 5 times. Pre heat oven at 180 for 10 mins.
  • Mix curd,oil,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder and jaggery really well until the mixture is smooth.Then add essence and mix well.
  • Now slowly fold in the dry ingredients to wet and mix gently. Grease and dust a cake pan. 
  • Meanwhile mix all dry fruits n nuts with flour and add it to the batter and mix once quickly.
  • Pour this batter in the cake pan tap it twice and bake for 35 min or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
