Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Green moong dal 1/2 cups

  • Ginger (chopped) 2 tsp

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • Asafoetida 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Rice flour 2 tbsp

  • Oil/ghee 1 tsp

  • Toppings ,Grated carrot 3 tbsp

  • Grated coconut 2 tbsp

  • Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Soak the dal overnight and grind them with rest of the ingredients except the rice flour and oil, to a smooth paste..

  • 02

    Mix the rice flour to it and stir. Heat a non stick pan, pour a ladle of the mixture and roll like a dosa.

    Sprinkle the toppings generously, and drizzle oil on the sides. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes, serve with coconut chutney.
