Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups green moong dal


  • 2 tsp ginger (chopped)


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tsp oil/ghee


  • 3 tbsp toppings ,grated carrot


  • 2 tbsp grated coconut


  • 1 tbsp onion (chopped)

Directions

  • Soak the dal overnight and grind them with rest of the ingredients except the rice flour and oil, to a smooth paste..
  • Mix the rice flour to it and stir. Heat a non stick pan, pour a ladle of the mixture and roll like a dosa.
  • Sprinkle the toppings generously, and drizzle oil on the sides. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes, serve with coconut chutney.
