Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups instant oats


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups yogurt


  • 4-5 nos strawberries ,hulled and cut into pieces


  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1/4 tsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Take oats, milk, yogurt, honey and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Now pour it in a tall glass and top it with chia seeds.
