1/4 cups instant oats
1 cups milk
1/2 cups yogurt
4-5 nos strawberries ,hulled and cut into pieces
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp chia seeds
Directions
Take oats, milk, yogurt, honey and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
Now pour it in a tall glass and top it with chia seeds.
