  • Instant Oats 1/4 cups

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Yogurt 1/2 cups

  • Strawberries ,hulled and cut into pieces 4-5 nos

  • Honey 1 tbsp

  • Chia seeds 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Take oats, milk, yogurt, honey and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Now pour it in a tall glass and top it with chia seeds.
