Instant Oats 1/4 cups
Milk 1 cups
Yogurt 1/2 cups
Strawberries ,hulled and cut into pieces 4-5 nos
Honey 1 tbsp
Chia seeds 1/4 tsp
Directions
Take oats, milk, yogurt, honey and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
Now pour it in a tall glass and top it with chia seeds.
