  • 9-10 nos seedsless dates


  • 5-6 nos chopped almond


  • 5-6 nos chopped cashewnut


  • 500 ml milk


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 4-5 nos ice cube

Directions

  • cut the dates into small pieces.
  • Take a mixer jaar add chopped dates ,1 glass of milk, ice cubes,Cardamom powder and blend them nicely.
  • Now add remaining 1 glass of milk and again blend them nicely.
  • Take out in a serving glass and garnish with chopped cashewnut and almonds. Serve chilled.
