Almond powder 3 tbsp
Fennel seeds/Sounf powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 2 pinch
Pure milk /Organic milk 1 1/2 cups
crystallized sugar lumps/Mishri powder 1 tbsp
For one serving - Grind the almond,fennel seeds,black pepper,mishri into a fine powder.
Heat a saucepan over a medium flame. Pour the milk.Let it boil for a few minutes. Once it starts bubbling, add the ground powder.
Stir it continuously for 3 minutes. Once boiled, turn off the flame.
Transfer the beverage into a serving cup/glass.Serve at room temperature.
You can also prepare the powder beforehand and store it in a dry jar.
