Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos boiled potatoes cubes/makhana


  • 1/2 cups green peas


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 nos onion,sliced,medium


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp haldi

Directions

  • Green peas in a blender using 1 tablespoon of water and keep aside. peas puree is ready.
  • Heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan and add the cumin seeds,onion puree ,coriander powder,haldi,red chilli powder ,salt and a saute over a medium flame for 3 minutes.while stirring occasionally.
  • Add the green peas puree mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.while stir occasionally.
  • Add the fried potatoes/ makhana and 1 cup of water mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes .while stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot.
