Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boneless chicken- cut in cubes 250 gms

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 2 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

  • Rice Flour 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil-for frying 1 cups

Directions

    Marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients from 2 - 11. Keep it aside or in the fridge for atleast 2 hours.

    Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the chicken pieces in batches till they are well cooked. Garnish with curry leaves.

    Note : You can fry few curry leaves and slit green chilly in oil before frying the chicken pieces and use it

    to garnish the dish.
