Ingredients

  • 1 cups orange juice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 11 nos raisins
  • 2 nos chopped banana
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6 nos chopped dry fruits
  • 1.1/2 tbsp vaniila ice cream
  • 11 nos gems

Directions

  • Reduce the orange juice in a pan.
  • In another pan melt unsalted butter and raisins and let it puff up.
  • Add chopped bananas and cook till crust is formed add sugar and let it caramalized.
  • Add the reduce orange juice chopped dry fruits in the pan .cook it.
  • Garnish with vanilla ice cream and gemes.
