Ingredients

  • Flour 2 1/2 cups

  • Unsweetened Cocoa 1/2 cups

  • Baking Soda 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Butter,softened 1 cups

  • Sugar 2 cups

  • Eggs 4 nos

  • Sour Cream 1 cups

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Red Food Colour 1 ounces

  • Pure Vanilla Extract 2 tsp

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.

    Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Now, Mix in sour cream, milk, food color and vanilla essence. Gradually beat in flour mixture until just blended. Do not over beat. Spoon/Pipe batter into 30 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.

    Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean. Cool in wire rack for 5 more minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely. Serve & Enjoy!!!
